While they were visiting the ancient Mayan ruins of Tikal in Guatemala (Central America), they came upon their first crystal skull made from natural quartz.
The legend of the crystal skulls......
According to an Native American legend, there exist 13 life-size human skulls of solid crystal with movable jaws that were said to speak or sing. These skulls were left behind by our earliest ancestors who were the great source of knowledge and wisdom, that included answers to some mysteries of life and universe; information about the history of the earth and the revolution of humankind; knowledge about our true purpose and future destiny.
The legend prophesied that one day, at a time of great crisis for humanity, all of these crystal skulls would be rediscovered and brought back together to reveal their sacred knowledge which would be vital for the survival of human race. Much of the world that we created, we created with the mind. Mind creates matter. The receptacle is crystallised because you, within the third dimension need to see, hear and touch. Tak was an ancient Tibetan name for the constellation of Orion.

Another reason for coming to earth is because the "sky gods" want to be the template for a new species. The skull represents the new form that we had become, the blueprint of humanity. The sky gods knew that they could not live long in the earth's atmosphere, so spliced the genes of the earth people together with their own in order to help both species survive. That is why our DNA has 2 strands, one contained our Earth memories and the other those of our celestial ancesters. Scientists are now close to finding this out. One of the reasons why the skulls were made of quartz is because silicon was introduced into our genetic structure by the sky gods. We were entirely carbon-based life form. Silicon is now in our blood so within us is a part of the whole crystalline matrix that can link us to the rest of the galaxy. The message for the whole humanity is "Remember your source. Remember who you are and where you have come from".

The natural cycle for most humans is 100 years, while the Earth is around 26000 years around the sun. The problem is that Mother Earth is now in or a big change because people is accelerating the process of natural change by testing atomic bombs, pollution, cutting tress, taking oil from the earth. We need the skulls to awaken the humanity, if humanity does not wake up, they will kill the Mother Earth and there is nowhere else we can live. He said that his ancestors (the Itzas who came from Atlantis) gave him and other descendants of the ancient Maya the knowledge how to understand the skulls. The skulls really had come from Atlantis.

Don Alejandro (the man that led the sacred gathering at Tikal) said " we do not have to bcome owners of this palace, we do not have to become owners of this Earth, as it is not ours to own, it is not ours to abuse and destroy. This Earth is our only ours when we re alive but when we die, it is left to our children. If we carry on to abuse it, our children will have no home. When a species falls out of steps and out of tune with nature that the end of its time on this Earth comes. This is the devine and natural law. The crystal skulls teach us to expand our consciousness, to be aware of what is around us. When awareness increases, you start to see the interconnections and this helps you to develop your compassion. "You are another myself", each person you meet is another you, so you learn to treat them with love and respect.
21. Patricio said the prophecies say that at the end of this cycle and just the beginning of the next, the ancient knowledge will return and that people with special gifts will begin to be born. At this time certain special psychic abilities will begin to present themsleves to the world. But responsibilty for the new era is not the responsibility of those with special psychic gifts but is the responsiblilty of us all. All has an active role to play in making sure that we choose the right path to follow.
